What do you take off?

Just your shoes and socks. You roll your trousers up to the knee, so wear a pair that rolls up easily.

Sitting or lying down?

It depends on the studio: in a reclining chair or lying on the table. If you'd rather have one or the other, ask when you book.

How long is it?

At the listed studios, from 30 to 120 minutes. All of them offer an hour.

Who is it for?
